DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Evaluates loan documents submitted by either the PDIC and/or partner lending conduits in relation to assigned / subrogated / transferred receivables;
∙ Analyzes loan accounts of end-borrowers, and prepares Statement of Accounts;
∙ Conducts field visits to validate loan documents;
∙ Negotiates settlement of borrowers’ past due accounts;
∙ Negotiates sale of acquired properties;
∙ Prepares and monitors Amortization Schedules and payments;
∙ Identifies accounts for possible endorsement to the OSG for legal opinion / action;
∙ Facilitate the identification of collecting agents, and analyzes financial condition of prospective collecting agents;
∙ Monitor collection performance of authorized Collecting Agents ∙ Coordinates with various government institutions e.g. LGUs, BIR, Registry of Deed, CDA, etc.;
∙ Prepares and updates reports and ledgers;
∙ Prepares routine communications; and
∙ Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the FMS Director and/or Division Chief

Financing Component
- Coordinate with AFC and KFI on activities relative to the project such as but not limited to coordinating with farmers and their organizations/associations, identification and clustering of eligible farmer-borrowers, conducting orientation meetings, and assisting farmers in their loan application
- Assist in the conduct of pre-validation and farm validation of potential borrowers
Capacity building component
- Assist project’s capacity building service provider and ACPC Project ASCEnD team in conducting training needs assessment, and training/workshop of farmer-borrowers and their oragnization
- Organize meetings, consultations, workshops and other collaborative activities to capacitate farmers and their organizations/associations engaged in the project
Documentation and monitoring
- Field monitoring of the status of the farmers financed, their projects, and others and submit corresponding report
- Maintain a filing system of printed and electronic reports, re: monitoring and progress report; loan application, disbursement, and collections; capacity building; and other related project activities
Provide administrative/secretarial support to ACPC Project ASCEnD team

- Prepare news and feature articles for the ACPC newsmagazine, website and social media platforms;
- Copyedit and proofread all content for ACPC newsmagazine, website and social media platforms;
- Prepare speeches, messages, agency briefing materials/presentations;
- Handle the lay-outing and publication of ACPC’s research outputs, monitoring and evaluation reports, annual reports, and other publications;
- Develop, package and publish other ACPC information, education and communication (IEC) materials such as brochures, primers, posters, tarpaulins, audio-visual materials, etc.;
- Handle the conduct of seminars, workshops and dialogue sessions among farmers, fishers and other stakeholders to assess the status of rural, agricultural and fisheries financing;
- Handle the implementation of the activities of the regional, provincial and municipal Agri- Credit Desk information network.
- Handle ACPC’s media relations activities and conducts media events such as press briefings and radio and TV guesting to promote ACPC plans and programs;
