THE TERMS OF REFERENCES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Unit Head and members of the research team required for the implementation of the study;
  • Co-supervise the implementation of surveys and other research studies;
  • Be the focal person in the coordination of the research work and processes, monitoring progress, and project implementation (in terms of activities to be implemented, outputs delivered, budget management submission of reports and following up on the outstanding obligations of the project team members and consultants, if any and other relevant agencies;
  • Identify appropriate small area estimation strategies based on available survey and administrative data;
  • Collect, interpret and propose standard tools for data analysis;
  • Present results and recommend key decisions based on results;
  • Prepare reports and articles for publications and communicate findings to stakeholders;
  • Assist in the preparation of project briefs and presentation materials, including organization of workshop, conferences, seminars and training;
  • Participate in the development of procedures, systems and approaches to streamline ACD functions;
  • Provide technical assistance to other PRPS staff in conducting researches;

  • Design, develop and install/deploy web/mobile application/software/database systems;

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Knowledgeable/has experience in documents evaluation and validation;

THE TERMS OF REFERENCES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO :

    • Assists in the evaluation and validation of documents submitted by PDIC pertaining to the assignment of properties as payment of ACPC’s claims against closed banks;
    • Assists in the conduct of ocular inspection and regular visits to assigned properties to determine its physical condition and landscape;
    • Assists in Facilitating the conduct of relocation activities to be made by Geodetic Engineers/ Surveyors to determine the exact boundaries of selected properties, as needed;
    • Ensures that the previous owner/ heirs re informed about the assigned properties and assists in the negotiations for buyback; Negotiates with other interested parties for the sale and/or lease of assigned properties
    • Evaluate plans for payment submitted by buyers, and submit appropriate recommendations to the Division Chief and FMS Director;
    • Evaluate lease proposals submitted by possible lessors and submit appropriate recommendations to the Division Chief and FMS Director;
    • Prepare Contract to Sell and submits the same to the Division Chief and FMS Director for endorsement to the Executive Director;
    • Monitor/ Collect payments of sale of properties;
    • Maintains and updates ledgers of sold properties;
    • Prepared Deed of Sale of sold properties upon receipt of full payment of sales price;
    • Facilitates the release of land titles and other documents of sold properties;
    • Facilitates the transfer of ownership of assigned properties, if necessary;
    • Facilitates the lease of assigned properties and prepare the Contract of Lease for leased properties;
    • Evaluates accounts for legal action and recommends for the filling of cases in court and attend court hearings, if any;
    • Coordinates with concerned government offices, such as the PDIC,DAR,DENR,LGU,Landbank,OSG,etc., to address various issues and concerns pertaining to the ownership or sale of assigned properties;
    • Recommends strategies to the Division Chief and FMS Director for the maintenance, security, improvement and disposal of assigned properties;
    • Ensures that all documents pertaining to the assigned properties are secured.
