ACPC and partner program implementers of the Accessible Loans for Empowered, Resilient, and Transformed Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ALERT ARBOs) Program conducted its first Inter-Agency Operational Planning and Target Setting for 2023 in Pasig City. The nationwide program will be jointly implemented by the Department of Agriculture (DA), Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), and Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). The said program is an enhancement and successor of the Agrarian Production Credit Program (APCP).

The two-day Operational Planning was conducted last January 26-27, 2023 to (1) identify key development agenda, strategies and priorities, (2) establish the overall Program target from CY 2023 to CY 2025 on Credit, Capacity Development, and Technical and Other Support Services, and (3) define the roles and functions of the Program Management Committees, and (4) finalize the Program Operational Directives for CY 2023 to 2025 to ensure accomplishment of expected outputs/deliverables.
