The DA-ACPC engaged the Sentrong Pamilihan ng Produktong Agrikultura sa Quezon Foundation, Inc. (SPPAQFI) as a partner lending conduit to disburse P15 million worth of loans to its member-farmers under DA-ACPC credit programs through a MOA signing last March 7, 2025.

Established in 2004 by Former DA Secretary Proceso J. Alcala, the foundation is based in Saraiya, Quezon, and its primary goal is to create a centralized marketplace for farmers to sell their harvests in bulk.

It is comprised of the Farmers of the Sentrong Pamilihan Farmers Association and the Sentrong Pamilihan Traders Association.
